- Keep your eyes hydrated. With the cold often comes dry weather and all those heaters around don't do you any favors. We have many options for rewetting drops at our office. Come by so we can direct you to the one that is best for you.
- Wear your sunglasses. It's always important to wear your UV protection sunglasses but in the winter the snow amplifies those harmful rays making it even worse. Protect your eyes so that your vision stays good for as long as it can.
- Wear goggles. Whenever you are out in the elements for recreation there are more hazards that can get into your eyes and cause damage. Be careful and wear that protective eye wear.
Keeping your eyes healthy during the winter is probably never on the top of your list of priorities. However, making sure your doing everything you can to keep your eyes healthy is so important. Here are a few tips to make sure your seeing your best this winter.
